Our offer
FORMES offers a broad range of bathroom accessories characterised by functional design, good colouring and quality packaging. Those characteristics ensure that FORMES products enjoy considerable popularity among our customers.
We offer, among others, plastic bathroom series: Modern, Venus, C1 System and Frutti, a series which has been awarded the Gold Medal in the SANTEC 2002 International Poznań Fairs. Moreover, our offer includes such products as chrome fittings and accessories, IRBIS cabinets and bathroom mirrors, toilet seats, soap dispensers, mirrors, bathroom carpets, bathroom taps, shower sets and kitchen sink taps, etc.
In order to be able to meet our customers’ expectations and to enhance the versatility of our services, we are continuously working on broadening our product range by introducing new style and functionality combinations.

FORMES was established in 1981 as manufacturer of plastic bathroom accessories and has continued that activity ever since. We are one of the leading manufacturers in the business in Poland.
The company is located in Konopiska in the vicinity of Częstochowa (Silesian voivodship), within easy access of main roads and junctions.
Our many years’ experience in processing plastics, a modern machine park and qualified staff are guarantees of the high quality and the aesthetic value of our products.
The products are manufactured in a new plant. The building has state-of-the-art construction, is equipped with the latest technology and meets the European safety and environmental standards. It consists of a modern shop, a high-storage warehouse, crew quarters and offices that ensure comfortable working conditions to all our staff.
We manufacture our products based of the highest quality raw materials (which we purchase both at home and abroad) such as polypropylene, polystyrene, dyes, crystal-float mirrors, non-ferrous metals, etc.
